Approach to Teaching and Learning
In my classroom, I emphasize active learning and encourage students to take an active role in their education. Through collaborative projects, discussions, and hands-on activities, students develop essential skills that prepare them for real-world challenges.
Assessment is an integral part of my teaching approach. I use both formative and summative assessments to gain insights into student learning and to guide my instructional decisions. Feedback is provided regularly to support student growth and improvement.
